Satisfaction Guarantee: Youssef is committed to providing high-quality graphic design services. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the delivered design, please communicate your concerns promptly.
Revision Process: Clients are entitled to a reasonable number of revisions during the design process to ensure the final product aligns with their vision. Specific details about the number of revisions will be outlined in the project agreement.
Refund Policy: Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis. If issues cannot be resolved through revisions and the client is dissatisfied with the final design, a partial refund may be provided, taking into account the work completed.
Eligibility for Refund: Refunds are only applicable in cases where the final design significantly deviates from the agreed-upon project scope, and revisions do not address the client's concerns.
Communication: Clients must communicate their concerns within seven (7) days of the final delivery. Timely communication ensures that any issues can be addressed promptly.
Exclusions: Refunds will not be provided for design services that have been approved by the client or for reasons unrelated to the quality of the design, such as changes in project requirements after approval.
File Delivery: Final design files will be delivered to the client upon full payment. Any additional file formats or modifications requested after the final delivery may incur extra charges.
Cancellation Policy: If a client decides to cancel a project after work has commenced, a partial refund may be considered based on the completed work, minus any applicable non-refundable deposits.
