- Intellectual Property:
All intellectual property rights related to the designs created as part of my services belong to the client upon full payment. I retain the right to showcase the work in my portfolio or marketing materials.
- Client Responsibilities:
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, and necessary approvals during the project. Delays caused by the client may impact project timelines.
- Confidentiality:
I respect the confidentiality of client information. However, I may use non-confidential project details for promotional purposes unless otherwise specified by the client.
- Changes to Terms:
I reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes.
- Termination of Services:
I reserve the right to terminate services in case of violation of these terms or for any other valid reason.
